Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Neody IT, we are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your business data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard operational information when you access our platforms, ERP tools, and custom SaaS products.

1. Data Collection & Control

We collect data required to maintain active enterprise agreements and fulfill service requirements. This includes account credentials, business billing directories, machine telemetry inputs (for PaperPulse ERP), and employee shift logging structures (for Prastiqo).

2. Information Security

All connection lines, operational logs, and database synchronizations are protected under robust SSL 256-bit cryptography frameworks. We host databases on ISO and SOC-2 compliant secure cloud partitions to prevent unauthorized leaks or data tampering.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Neody IT retains operational data strictly for the period required to service client SLAs. Enterprise administrators have direct privileges to purge local transaction caches or request permanent databases wiping.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements when you visit our website. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve relevant advertisements to users based on their prior visits to this website and other websites across the Internet.

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

5. Log Files & Web Analytics

Like many other websites, Neody IT makes use of standard log files and privacy-conscious web analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

6. Client Rights & Contact

You have the right to request comprehensive reports showing what credentials or parameters we hold, or to request deletion of your information. For data and privacy inquiries, reach our compliance team at [email protected].
